- This is more about how the communication will be done. I learn how to improve my communication skill likes how to be more clearly about the message that I want to send and not be out of control language.
- Communication will be easier by using ABC, that is ACCURACY, BRIEF, and CLEAR. So that, I don't think too many words which will look impressive on paper. One things that we must avoid is exterminate jargon.
- It is so dificult to understand and written should be natural as possible. The other things that should be avoid are redundant expression, negativity and also the passive voice. It should be active voice and don't forget to touch up our tone.
